This matcha tastes very smooth and is full of umami flavor without any bitter notes. I enjoy it either iced over milk or just with hot water. I've tried different high quality matcha powders from producers in Japan and this is right up there with them!
I recommend Hiro signature! It’s perfect as a bold and nutty matcha. As for lattes it’s very smooth!
